Winterun are proud to be featured in September’s edition of Terrorizer (out now in the UK), the world’s number one extreme Music magazine. The song ‘Diabhal (Prattle Battle)’ appears on the cover-mounted compilation CD ‘Fear Candy - Unsigned’.  Mmmmm…Brutal!

To all those in the U.K. You can vote for Winterun in Terrorizer’s unsigned band competition by texting “unsigned 15″ to 87474.   Texts are 50p per vote and the winning band will get to open the Terrorizer stage at this years jaw-dropping DAMNATION FESTIVAL in Leeds.  To those who vote, beers to ya in advance!

WINTERUN - East Brunswick Club 2008

Into the Underground has copped yet another tasty review, this time in the latest Inpress magazine. ‘It kicks and snarls and threatens to overwhelm… back come the wicked little lead breaks, though, melting and cajoling, teasing and rolling …’ Smooth! A new song off the album is up at Winterun’s Myspace page along with some new photos. The band are back out of hibernation for a string of gigs with Joel now back from his sojourn in the Orient, complete with a new tatt and rabies vaccination. For all of you Victorian’s get your good selves down to one of the shows below, for everyone elsewhere…we’re on our way.
